For the most part of my life, I have shaved my underarms. Shaving is a quick, cheap and fuss-free way to remove underarm hair. I don t know if it the frequent shaving was to be blamed, but my underarms had always had thick, coarse hair. Shaving underarms would help me get rid of the hair, but I would always end up with dark patches. Wearing sleeveless or tank tops was out of the question because I was too embarrassed of my dark underarms. When I asked the beautician at my salon for a solution, she immediately suggested that I bleach my underarms. That didn t help me at all. This is when I started looking for home remedies to lighten underarms. As is the case with most home remedies, I thought this would take time to show results too. Thankfully, this DIY home remedy worked wonders. All you need to do is apply this every day for about 2 weeks. You ll definitely see a difference. Here are some other home remedies to lighten underarms.
First, thoroughly wash and clean your underarms, preferably with a medicated soap. Wash with warm water.
Scrub your underarms in a circular motion with utna. Wash with warm water. Do not scrub your underarms every day. Do this step twice a week. Try these natural face scrubs with utna.
