It is one of the most common queries that people have, especially during summers on how to manage hair. The reason why your hair becomes frizzy and dry is that the heat and humidity in summer damage the hair cuticle (outer layer of the hair follicle), which causes the hair to become static, brittle and unmanageable. Moreover during summers, due to excessive sweating and humidity, the scalp becomes sticky, further hindering with hair care. Here are few tips that can help you to manage your hair during summers and prevent dry, frizzy hair.

1. Wash your hair at least 2 - 3 times a week (if washing it every day is not possible then washing it every alternative day is a right idea). By doing, your hair will become less greasy and manageable. Here are 5 tried-and-tested rinses for healthy hair in summer.

However, it is wise to tie your hair to make it appear less greasy due to sweat. It also prevents the hair from becoming rough and unmanaged due to the heat.
