toned legsHow many times have you looked at that cute pair of shorts or that little black dress hanging in your closet but refrained from wearing either because of your flabby legs? Lost count? Here are tips for you to make your legs look toned, longer and sexy no, we aren't talking about a workout regime which will take weeks to get results we are giving you a quick-fix that you can use when an impromptu occasion presents itself and dressing up is the only option.

Nail guru Leighton Denny shares his three top tips for beautifully contoured legs, reports femalefirst.co.uk. You can achieve this with some useful tips, tricks and a bit of fake tan.

Three steps for leg contouring:

1. Apply a base colour tan first to give your skin a sun-kissed, ultra-even, healthy glow. Ideally this should be the night before your party.

2. Next, you need to darken any areas you want to contour, tone or slim with a darker self-tan again, and then highlight with a bronzer, which will define, illuminate and accentuate your legs. (Read: Get fabulous thighs with home exercises)

3. Apply this down on either side of the legs, outside and inner areas, which will instantly make the legs look narrower by drawing the eye to the middle area. You can also apply it down your calf bone to make your legs look slimmer or longer.
