Fitness workouts leave the hair and skin sweaty. While it is not advisable to use a shampoo daily, one needs to follow basic guidelines to care for your skin and hair post exercise. Body wash: A shower after a gym is as necessary as breathing. Not only do you want to get rid of the odour but also relax yourself after a tiring workout. Ditch the soap and switch to body wash.
