International wrestler, actor and motivational guru Sangram Singh will soon host a TV show 'Hausalon Ki Udaan', by interviewing sportspersons. Fitness freak Sangram who is excited about his upcoming show, is also planning to come out with an international video. For Sangram, exercise and diet is vital to lead a healthy life. Here we decode Sangram s diet for you.

Sangram Singh is very much disciplined about what goes into his mouth. He believes in eating less and working more.He is a vegetarian and believes in eating clean and healthy. He includes a lot of fruits and vegetables in his diet. Every day, I consume ashwagandha and ghee. I eat only home-made food. My lunch and dinner consists of roti, subzi and salad. I make sure I don t starve myself and avoid consuming supplements. And stay hydrated.
Speaking about cheat food, Sangram explains that he used to gorge on sweets but doesn t eat them anymore. Earlier, I used to eat sweets but Payal (Rohatgi) used to hide them. Now, I watch what I eat. So, even though I love sweets, I avoid eating it.

Sangram who is very much conscious about his diet says that one should consume a wholesome diet enriched with nutrients. I make sure I eat healthy food and avoid consuming processed, junk, oily and spicy food. Also, I don t sip on carbonated drinks, tea and coffee and avoid using artificial sweeteners as it can be harmful in the long run. I do not eat anything while at parties and drink pomegranate juice.
As per Sangram, one has to compromise to stay fit. Eating healthy foods helps you to stay energetic and disease-free, concludes Sangram.
