Working women often struggle as they do not have too much time left in the morning to get ready for work. When in a jiffy, we often look for quick and easy options to help us look presentable for the day. Here are a few products and tips which will come in handy for women on-the-go!
Dry shampoo: Dry shampoo is a shampoo which is in the form of a spray and will absorb the grease in your hair and add volume to the roots. Simply spray the shampoo on your roots, wait for around 30 seconds and rub it off. These days, you can find dry shampoos in India as well. If you have hair which gets greasy too often, using this once a week is a good idea as you do not need water or shampoo, just spray this on your hair and you are good to go.
Waterproof mascara: Waterproof mascara is advisable to prevent panda eyes. It does not run so your lashes will stay looking luscious for longer. You can keep one in your handbag so that you are ready for an office party in minutes as it can really enhance your eyes.
Headband or scarf: Wearing a headband or bandana will not only make you look festival ready but it will also hide a bad hair day. Try a floral bandana for the day and mix it up with a metallic headscarf at night. If you are having a bad hair day, it is a good idea to tie it up in a bun instead of letting it loose.
Tinted lip balm: Chapped lips are a common problem. Spending all of your time outdoors partying and enjoying the sun is bound to leave them dehydrated and dry. A tinted lip balm will moisturise your lips while adding a dash of colour to brighten up your look.
Sun protection for hair: The sun can make your hair dry and discoloured. The best way to tackle this is by using sun protecting hair products. The specially formulated haircare products have protecting and restoring formulas that keep your hair looking healthy and full of shine. Try a spray for quick application and apply a replenishing masque for deep treatment after the festival. If you can't find the product, you can even use your regular sunscreen or an umbrella.
