If you've just just changed the way your hair looks with a different hair colour, you need to work towards making it last longer. Especially in case of bright tones, like red, purple or even a shade of burgundy, you should ensure that your hair is not subjected to heated hairstyling appliances too often.

This would only fade out your colour and change the shade from what it originally was. Even if you need to use a hair dryer, opt for the lowest setting. This will also help save your hair texture from getting damaged. Similarly, keep your hair protected from harmful sun exposure as the UV rays are harsh and can dry out your colour. You could wear a light head gear like a trendy hat, cap or even a pretty bandanna when you step out in the sun.
