beautiful feet A scrub helps exfoliate the skin i.e. remove the layer of dead skin cells which get accumulated over time. It is essential to get rid of them in order for the skin to breathe and renew itself. Feet are often ignored as they are so down below but they suffer the maximum damage. If you do not want to go for a pedicure, you can manage to keep your feet soft and beautiful by making this foot scrub at home. Here's how.

Take one tablespoon of raw sugar and add some olive oil in it. Make sure the scrub is thick enough for application. Now rub it on your feet -- the soles, toes, front of the feet -- in a circular motion to gently exfoliate the skin. Leave it on for 10 minutes. You can also wet a hand towel in warm water and wrap it around your feet for sealing in the moisture. Then wash your feet with water and pat dry. Apply a body lotion if required and wear socks for better results
