Use sun block - In the scorching heat, your skin demands serious care and protection. Carry a broad-spectrum sunscreen (SPF 30) with you at all times and apply it for sun protection. You must also avoid these common sunscreen mistakes.
Wear cool clothing - Your clothing can relieve heat from your body. Wear wide-brimmed hats to cover the face, some loose cotton clothing to avoid sweat-trapping which can otherwise lead to acne.
