If you’ve started working on your weight loss plan post pregnancy, there are a few things that you want to consider. Don’t just start working aggressively for the heck of losing weight. You need to take baby steps so as to not shock your body. Start with few breathing exercise and activities that do not involve a lot of movement or pressure on your body. Once, you’ve mastered the breathing exercises; focus on strengthening your core muscles. You can do this exercise for 10 minutes every day along with the other set of exercises or yoga asanas that you perform to stay fit and healthy.
