Heart disease is very common these days due to our sedentary lifestyle. In this video, renowned yoga expert Hansaji Jayadeva Yogendra talks about a simple yoga asana, yoga mudra to improve the health of your heart. Yoga mudra helps improve the circulation in the arteries and also removes tension from the arteries so that the heart can pump easily.
Note: When in pain, do not perform this pose. Simply sit and relax, do not lie down.
