Flat abs are something we all wish we could have. Not only does it look absolutely wonderful when you wear your favorite little black dress, but it is also an indicator of how healthy you are. A word of caution:
Make sure you warm up before you start this workout. Warming up helps prepare your body, both physically and physiologically, for a strenuous session of exercise. It also helps ready your muscles, sufficiently increasing blood circulation to them and prevents injuries. Apart from that, it helps gradually increase your heart rate and blood pressure, preventing you from shocking your system into action.
