She has come up with a set of yoga videos called ‘Shilpa’s Yoga’ where she is seen demonstrating the yoga asanas. Did you know Shilpa Shetty is also to pen a book on health and nutrition?
In this video, Shilpa performs ardha halasana or half plough pose that specifically targets the abdominal muscles. It is an excellent asana to help you get rid of the excess fat around your waist. The stretching in this pose will also help you get rid of the dreaded love handles. Plus, it works on your hips, buttocks and thighs helping you tone them.
