Aqua Zumba has taken the fun to the next level by moving the Zumba dance party to the pool. If you are shy of people watching your dance moves, fear no more. No one is going to watch how you move inside water as long as you are smiling and enjoying the exercise. Aqua Zumba provides both cardio and strength benefits.
As you move in the water, the resistance creates a higher impact and helps improve muscle endurance. For those with joint concerns, Aqua Zumba, just like swimming, is a great option. (Do consult your doctor before enrolling for a class though).
This video by Aqua Zumba instructor Mari from Singapore will give you a sneak peek to the fun that is in store for you at the class.
