Chocolate

Chocolate is obtained from cocoa. Baking chocolate contains cocoa butter and solids in varying proportions. There are different varieties of chocolates with the most common ones being milk and dark chocolate. Fat and sugar are added to cocoa solids and butter to make chocolate. According to some researches, dark chocolate has health benefits like lowering blood pressure, cholesterol and stimulating endorphin production – hormones that make us feel happy.
