Can I increase my height after age 21?

I'm 21 years old, 166cm tall and weigh 64 kgs. I go to the gym every day in the evening to do cardio and pull ups. I want to increase my height. Is it possible? If so recommend me some exercises. I do a lot of stretching. I have heard meals should be taken more times in less quantities. Please suggest foods that are good for health and are easily available.

Firstly, it is nearly impossible to increase your height after the age of 21 but you can keep yourself fit by exercising and eating right. Eat small portions but various times in a day. have a heavy breakfast, a normal lunch and light dinner. eat fruits and veggies. have salads and have protein intake through grilled fish, chicken, eggs. also, do not cut out on any nutrient groups liks carbs. they are essential but get it from good sources like nuts, brown rice. don't eat junk and deep-fried food.
