Cheese is gradually forming an integral part of Indian diet. However, this year, let your kid stay away form this foods that can further lead to weight gain.
Carbonated beverages are a strict no no for obese kids. The reason, these drinks are loaded with sugar, which ultimately make your gain weight and further worsen your condition.
Fried foods be it Indian breakfast items like samosas or medu wadas or snack items like pakoras or western foods like french fries and pizza, it is best to stay away from foods rich in calories to maintain your weight in 2018.
The next on the list and the most widely used food item is white bread. White bread is not only bad for the health due to lack of nutrients and high levels of sugar content, it can also make you put on weight if eaten daily. So cut down on this food.
Lastly, stay away from white rice. This new year replace white rice with brown rice or red rice as the latter is packed with healthy nutrients.
