If you are full of energy and can go partying even after a long day at work, then it is a sign that your heart is healthy. This is because fatigue or tiredness is a sign that your heart isn't working well. So if you are loaded with energy, it means your heart is healthy.
One of the common signs of a weak heart is difficulty in breathing even after walking for few minutes or climbing stairs. But if you are not experiencing this symptom, then it is a sign that your heart is functioning perfectly fine.
It is a wise idea to check your pulse or heart rate often as changes in the heart rate, or abnormal heart rhythm is a sign of heart problem. So if your heart beats at 72 beats per minute (or between 70 - 80 beats/minute), it means you do not have to worry about your heart health.
If you do not experience tightness around the chest or pain in the chest from time to time, then it is a sign that your heart is healthy. This is because chest pain is one of the common symptoms of heart attack and heart disease.
If your yearly heart check-up reports including blood cholesterol, blood pressure and ECG reports are well within normal range, then it is a sign that your heart is not in trouble. Hence it is wise to go for regular health checkups.
Is your weight ideal? Is your BMI normal? If yes, then it is a sign that your heart is healthy because being overweight or obese can put you at risk of heart disease. So keep a check on your weight!
Lastly, if you can perform physical activity without any discomfort or pain in the chest or stress, then it is a signs that your heart is healthy. However, if not, then do consult a doctor at the earliest.
