Triceps dip: Though it primarily works on your triceps it also engages the muscles of your forearms, shoulders and chest. Sit on a chair and put your legs forward. Place your palms on the edge of the chair in such a way that your buttocks hover over the ground, and your feet point forward. Bend your elbows and lower your hips towards the floor. Now push yourself back and come back to the starting position.
Air boxing or shadow boxing: It is an intense calorie and fat-burning workout and helps build strength and definition in your biceps. Stand between a light source and a blank wall. This will project your shadow on the wall which you can treat as your boxing partner. Move along with your shadow and throw punches in the air.
The dolphin push-up: This push-up variation mostly targets your shoulders and arms. Start in dolphin poses with your elbows and feet on the floor. Now lower your shoulders and kneel forward until the head is over the hands. Pull up the arms and return.
The mountain climber: This exercise works on your biceps, triceps, deltoids and shoulders. Get into a plank position and lift your right foot off the floor and get your knees to your chest. Return to the starting position and repeat with your left leg.
Arm scissors: This exercise can help burn the arm fat extremely fast. Stretch your arms to the sides of your body and bring them to the front. Your right hand should overlap the left and stretch. Repeat with your left hand overlapping the right. Do ten reps of this three times every day.
