Peach: Peaches are high in fibre which will help you beat the bloat. Plus, it will boost your metabolism and keep you hydrated only in 50 calories per peach.
Corn: Though they are starchy veggies, they are high in fibre and fill you up with very few calories. They are far healthier than other starchy vegetables like potato. You also do not need to add any seasoning to corn apart from some lemon juice or peeper.
Avocado: This exotic fruit contains monounsaturated fats that satiate you and keeps your body metabolic rate up. You can blend some avocado and eat it with hummus for a chock-full of fibre and protein.
