Sit on a stability ball: Use a stability ball to sit and work when you are at the office. You will burn 250 more calories in a day than parking your back on a chair.
Order Thai food: Instead of ordering a plate of biryani for lunch order some Thai food is prepared with spices that can boost your metabolism, and so you end up burning more calories.
Meditate: When you are stress-free, you will be able to burn 104 more calories than when you are stressed. So meditate even if it is for 5 minutes, to stay sane.
Skip the second pint: Do not go for the second pint of beer when you are out with friends on a Friday night as knocking down the second pint can slow down your fat blasting by 73 percent.
Get fidgety: Tapping your feet while working at your desk can help you burn 100 more calories than just sitting still.
Exercise for just 10 minutes: You do not have to hit the gym for an hour, just 10 minutes of some cardio can rev up your metabolism for the day.
Take a day off: Strength train thrice a week or twice a week. You must take a day off between your sweat sessions. You need a day off to recover. Since you will be sore you will not be able to workout efficiently and thus you will burn fewer calories.
Cut down on carbs twice a week: Cut down on carbohydrates just two times a week. You will burn fat faster than when you eat carbs seven days a week.
