Gajar ka halwa: This dessert is particularly popular in winter because carrots are plenty this season. Avoid khoya, use low fat milk, add crumbled jaggery instead of sugar, top it with heat-inducing dry fruits and enjoy a bowl of hot gajar ka halwa.
