Make sure you include these foods in your diet to make up your daily intake of water along with vitamins and minerals.
Cucumbers: Cucumbers are the best source of water as it contains 95% water. So if you ever feel hungry or thirsty, then eat cucumber sprinkled with salt as it also helps you to restore fluid and electrolyte balance as well.
Watermelon: The flesh contains 91% water, and an antioxidant called lycopene that protects against cell damage and helps you remove toxins from the body.
Eating a bowl full of watermelon cubes helps prevent unhealthy bingeing as well.
Cauliflower: It contains 92% water and is rich in Vitamin C, Vitamin K and other key essential nutrients. But if you suffer from kidney disease, it is wise to avoid it.
Iceberg Lettuce: You can include iceberg lettuce in your diet as it contains 95% water. You can either have it as an addition to salads or mix it up with other vegetables like broccoli or boiled cauliflower to make the most of it.
Muskmelon/Kharbooja: The next on the list is muskmelon as it contains 90% water. So eat this fruit when you are thirsty. It also has vitamin K, which is an important electrolyte that's lost during sweating.
