It doesn't matter how health conscious you are, it is natural to feel tempted to have a piece of a chocolate cake or a couple of slices of pizza "once in a while." You'd be happy to know that fitness trainers, who help others sculpt bodies and go on healthy diets, are no different. Here are some cheat meals fitness trainers admit they indulge in every now and then.
Pragya Bhatt, yoga instructor- "Anything related to chocolate! A cake or perhaps a mousse. Here, in Bangalore, we have a store called Corner House, where I eat my favourite chocolate mousse about once a fortnight."
Viraj Sarmalkar, celeb fitness trainer - "I love pizzas. But I don't have them too often -- may be once in 3 months. Honestly, I don't feel that tempted to have unhealthy food simply because I have got used to the healthy food I eat. How good I eat is how good I will look. And so, I am disciplined."
Radhika Karle, celeb fitness trainer - "My mom’s biryani. I get it only once a year – Diwali!"
Kaizzad Capadia, fitness trainer -"I don't engage in any cheat meals. I enjoy real nutritious food too much and hence never feel the urge to cheat. We, as experts, consult people, who sometimes deviate from the meal plans designed by us. But, as experts, if we deviate, then what kind of experts are we?"
Sucheta Pal, Zumba instructor - "Being a Bong, my weakness, but obvious, is rosogollas! That is a hard urge to control when you see those sweet heavenly balls. I indulge in them every Sunday lunch as a ritual."
Junaid Kaliwala, fitness trainer - "I don't have a specific cheat meal. I just eat whatever I want usually on Sunday nights - - burger, ice cream or butter jam toast."
