Start with gently moving your fingers over the forehead, under the eyes, cheeks, chin and neck in outward direction.
Secondly, move your fingers all over your face starting from the forehead to chin in inward direction.
Massage the area on the chin in circular motion.
Next, massage the area around the tapering ends of the lips.
Now, massage the area on the sides of nose as shown in the pic.
Massage the area above your eyes, i.e; eyebrows in circular motion.
Massage the area at the end of your eyebrows in circular motion.
Now massage the area under the eyes in a gentle manner.
Massage your forehead starting from top to bottom and then in zig-zag pattern.
Massage your ears, including the back and sides of the ear.
