Watching movies is like a therapy but sitting straight for 2 or more hours at the theatre may need some caution. Show some love to yourself and stop making these mistakes for your health's sake.
Not carrying something to keep yourself warm: We all know that the enclosed screen has blasting AC, enough to keep you shivering. Carry a stole or a jacket to keep yourself safe.
Binging on popcorn or other food items: While watching the movie we tend to not realise how much junk food you eat. Those junk food are high in salt and sugar and hence not good for your health. You may instead buy small portions to prevent binging on them.
Iced-beverages: Amidst the blasting AC, having iced beverages isn't a great idea. It may give you a sore throat plus the sugar-laden beverages isn't good for your overall health and weight loss regimen.
3D glasses: Make sure that you only use sealed or sterilised 3D glasses. Ask the people in charge to make special arrangements if it is not available. Don't take it for granted.
Don't opt the front seat: It is a no-brainer that you'll have to tilt your neck and back to watch the movie which will only strain your body further.
