Bhekasana or frog pose will help tone your buttocks and upper thighs. The asana will also target your legs and hips and improve your strength and balance. Once you get into this pose, aim to hold it for at least a minute for best results.
Virabhadrasana III or Warrior III pose is great to tone your butt, inner thighs, hips, quadriceps, and glutes. Hold the position for 8-10 breaths and repeat on the other side.
Viparita virabhadrasana or reverse warrior stretches your hips, butt, groin area, and the inside of your thighs. Stay in this position for as at least 30 seconds and repeat on the other side.
Shalabhasana or locust pose provides a good stretch to your chest muscles while toning your hips and buttocks. Stay steady in this post for 30 seconds and repeat it twice.
Purvottanasana or intense east pose can give an excellent lift to your buttocks. The posture also works on the areas of your upper arms and chest. Stay in the pose for 5-6 long, deep breaths and then repeat.
