Isabgol: Used by most people to relieve constipation, having isabgol every night makes a difference. You have to take it consistently for effective results.
Sabja: Drink one glass of water with sabja seeds in it twice a day, when constipated.
Smoothie: A green smoothie in the morning also helps improve bowel movements. For this, all you have to do is use carrot, tomato and beetroot for the smoothie and drink it first thing in the morning.
