Cracked feet: One of the most common fee problem in winters, cracked feet can be prevented by moisturising the feet every day without fail. Scrub, clean, dry and moisturise to prevent this problem this season.
Dry feet: Just like moisturising the face and lip, you need to retain the moisturise in the feet. For this, do not forget to apply moisturiser after a bath to prevent dryness and roughness of the feet.
Fungal infections: The next on the list is fungal infections. To prevent this, you need to ensure foot care routine regularly. This also includes keeping the feet dry and not wearing tight shoes.
Peeling feet: Just like peeling the skin on the hands, few people are prone to peeling of the skin on the feet. If you are prone to this condition, consult your doctor beforehand to prevent complications during the season.
Smelly feet: To deal with winter cold, we end up wearing socks most of the time. However, not washing socks daily or excessive sweating can make you prone to fungl infections. Hence, do not forget to wash your feet and properly dry your socks to prevent this condition.
