Raw papaya: Include raw papaya in your diet to get rid of constipation. Have raw papaya juice with some lemon juice and salt every day . The high fibre content and the mixture of powerful digestive enzymes aids in cleansing the colon and treat constipation.
Plums: Drink a glass of freshly prepared plum juice or eat two – three plums every day to get rid of constipation. It helps in clearing the bowels and relieve symptoms of constipation within few hours after eating it . The action is due to the presence of high fibre (7 gm) in plums.
