Concentrate on yourself: Spouse, kids, parents, an irritating boss are all important part of your life. But if you are not going to take care of your health, you won’t be making any of them happy. Concentrate on yourself. Wake up and meditate for few minutes before you try the Herculean task of getting kids out of bed. Healthy women never skip breakfast and ensure they pack healthy lunch too.
Brain exercises: There is list of errands, kids’ school projects, client requests at office, social engagements with the spouse and so much more. A happy and healthy woman never uses the “I forgot because I was busy” line. Brain exercises or neurobics are something she practices in her spare time to keep her memory sharp even after the age of 40.
Fitness: She is healthy because she is fitness conscious and does not miss her exercise routine. You will need to fall in love with your gym or the home workouts or any other form of exercise and make time for it. You can swim, cycle, jog or even go for brisk walks but do it consistently.
Laugh out loud: Life is not easy when you are wearing multiple hats but a healthy woman steals a hearty laughter from the stressful day and keeps herself happy. Laughter is the best medicine and a happy woman does not miss her dose.
Sleep well: To keep fit and stay energized for the entire day, sound sleep is a must. With proper scheduling of tasks and time management, today’s woman ensures she gets at least 7 hours of sound sleep. One odd occasional late night is fine, but she does not break her rules of a good lifestyle.
