For dry hair: Include foods rich in essential fatty acids like fish, flax seeds and almonds in your diet. It improves the texture of hair and also combats dryness thereby helping you to prevent dry hair.
For brittle hair: To deal with brittle hair, up the intake of zinc in your meals with food items like meat, eggs, whole grains and nuts. In addition to this, also make sure you eat foods rich in vitamin B6, B12 and C, which are known to help in hair growth.
For frizzy hair: In addition to using avocado and yoghurt hair pack for frizzy hair also up the intake of these foods as it works effectively in controlling frizz. Avocados contain vitamins B and E which nourish the hair and repair damage while yoghurt cleans and deep conditions your hair.
For oily hair: Eating foods rich in Vitamin B not only help in combating excess oil production but also aids in regulating the sebum production. Hence, load the intake of foods rich in vitamin B such as poultry, fish, meat, beans, fruits and vegetables.
