I was broke and ended up eating too many carbs with cheese. What a clog! It went on for four days. I tried extra fiber, generic stool softener, and herb tea. I had hard, almost impacted stools. I was taking mineral oil and injecting mineral oil. Ick! I was honestly afraid I was going to have to go to the hospital. I was getting too impacted to do an enema. Not a commercial! But it was two doses of MiraLAX that finally got me out of that jam. Now I’m back on a high fiber routine and drinking extra water. No more cheese!
